Dear Family,
Thank you for considering St. Theresa’s Catholic School for your child’s education. At St. Theresa’s Catholic School, we believe that each child is a gift from God and that he/she is created with unique gifts and talents, which must be nurtured and encouraged so that he/she can reach his/her full potential. During these formative years it is important that a child be in a faith-filled environment where he/she is taught in an atmosphere of Christian love and discipline. At St. Theresa School, we are concerned with the growth of the whole child. We seek to build and strengthen the body, mind, and soul. Should you choose St. Theresa School, you will be pleased to find a school with a strong academic and faith tradition. You will find a spacious computer lab with educational software. You will find a clean environment, and classrooms where learning is interactive and each child is motivated to achieve. You will find that the core curriculum is taught by state- licensed, dedicated teachers utilizing state-approved textbooks and the latest in educational equipment. In addition to the core curriculum, your child will have classes in Art, Physical Education, Computers, and Library. There is a full-time teacher to help students who experience learning difficulties. Your child will have the opportunity to participate in athletic and academic competition. Your child will attend Mass weekly with opportunities to receive the Sacraments, and receive a strong education in the Catholic faith tradition. He/she will be guided to develop self- discipline and responsibility in a faith-filled, loving atmosphere.
